Rates & availability
Booking conditions
- To confirm the booking of a boat, a down payment of 50% of the total amount of the charter is required at the time of booking confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the embarkation date.
- If the booking is made within the final payment period, 100% of the amount will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation.
- Unless special conditions are agreed in writing, reservations are non-refundable and cancellation with refund is not possible.
- In exceptional cases (e.g. serious illness, force majeure or operational changes of the shipowner), the shipowner or the agency may offer alternatives such as change of dates, change of ship or issuance of a voucher, subject to availability and the conditions of the relevant supplier.
Boarding information
- Boarding will take place at the meeting point that will be communicated to the customer no later than 48 hours before the start of the trip, and at the time agreed at the time of signing the contract.
- Disembarkation will take place at the ship's home port at the time agreed in the contract.
The price includes per occupant
- Full charter with skipper during the hired period
- Welcome package: Toiletries, coffee machine and capsules
- Overnight on board: Overnight stays in a marina/port on check-in & check-out days are optional at the client's cost as per the marina's/port's price list & availability. Only check-in & check-out are included & free of charge, but overnight stays on the dock are not included.
The price does not include
- Filling the fuel (fuel price is not included)
- APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% Client price without VAT
