Azores cruise without filters: a photographic adventure

Embark on a unique voyage aboard the historic Santa Maria Manuela, guided by award-winning photographer Julien Carcano. For 7 days, we will sail between the most remote islands of the Azores, departing and arriving in Terceira, and stopping at the wild island of Flores and the small but fascinating island of Corvo. Flores is known for its green valleys and spectacular cliffs, with waterfalls and rocky hillsides, making it one of the most picturesque islands in the Atlantic. With misty mornings and fabulous sunsets, the landscape is constantly changing, offering endless opportunities for breathtaking photographs. Corvo, the smallest island of the Azores, has a unique and remote charm. Its volcanic caldera, a huge crater with small lakes and rolling pastures, appears untouched and tranquil. The island's rugged terrain and quiet isolation create a striking contrast, making it a fascinating place to capture in photos. Throughout the voyage, Julien Carcano, winner of the International Photography Awards and Prix de la Photographie, will share his expertise in composition, light and framing, helping guests capture the essence of life on board and the breathtaking landscapes of the Azores. From the golden glow of sunrise on the horizon to the breathtaking Flores waterfalls and the grandiose Corvo caldera, every moment will be an opportunity to perfect your craft. You can participate with any type of camera, from DSLRs and compacts to smartphones, and you'll have the chance to practice as we explore on board and on land. Whether you're an experienced photographer or an amateur looking for new perspectives, this trip offers you the perfect backdrop to develop your skills and create unforgettable images.
