7 Days Sailing from Azores to Portimão

Atlantic crossing on the sailing boat KAIRÓS: sail as part of the crew. This trip is not for passengers, but for real sailors! On the KAIRÓS we will cross the Atlantic from the Azores to Portimão, and you will be in the middle of the action instead of just a spectator. As part of the crew, you'll take part in watchkeeping, helm the boat, trim the sails and sail the ocean alongside the experienced regular crew. A "medical certificate" / seaworthiness is compulsory for this trip and sailing experience is an advantage, because on board it is teamwork that counts. Accompanied by the constant trade winds, we will enjoy the pure sensation of sailing: endless expanses, breathtaking sunrises and the interplay of wind and waves. An ideal opportunity for all those who want to accumulate ocean miles to obtain the SHS/RYA sailing licence or want to actively experience the Atlantic under sail.
